The Weddings

It’s that time of the year again… already… we’re only 2 days in… Time to get my 2017 photo album ordered, time to get some prints… printed, time to stop eating unhealthy amounts of butterscotch shortbread biscuits (I just found another layer in the tin though), and it’s time to look back on a great year of weddings! I seriously cannot believe the awesome couples and wedding days that come my way. I also got to shoot in some amazing places… Gougane Barra, Seagrave House, Glenlo Abbey, Vienna Woods, Barnabrow House, Marybourough Hotel, Raheen House, and so many more in between. Not to mention shooting my first wedding in my local Castlemartyr Resort! Below are 17 of my favourite photos from a fantastic 2017. To all my couples this past year, thank you for letting me hang out with you and do what I love. Getting messages like this (after sending a sneak peak selection of photos)…

… are what drive me on and I’m looking forward to making many more brides cry in 2018… in a good way of course.

I just love this. It's inexplicable (and possibly down to the wonderful family in it) but something about it just clicks with me.

Ok.... I'm cheating a little... this #18 but I have an excuse... This is the Vienna Woods, the hotel where Mary and I got married. It was my first time to shoot there and it was a sureal feeling. Also, those chandeliers rock!
